67 chevelle manual steering box

 · Trying to convert my 67 Chevelle SS to power steering. The old manual gear box had 3 bolts through the frame that I removed, no issues. The new powered steering gear I have is a 4 bolt pattern and the bolt holes do not line up. The lower 2 bolts are no problem and line up, but the upper bolt is too far away from the now open frame bolt hole. GM Manual Steering Box part # ST ST has a standard ratio ratio.
